How to setup Dns in digital unix 4.0e?

Don't bother... Rerun the bindsetup and configure it as a client -
give it a real nameserver on the net.  Then try nslookup and see if it
works.

If it does go download bind from http://www.isc.org and install it and
get it running.

Once it's running, just add 127.0.0.1 to your /etc/resolv.conf

I maintain 3 tru64 unix dns servers, and this is how I do it.
