reverse dns does not work

Concentric's server reports that 100.83.112.216 is an alias for
100.64/26.83.112.216.in-addr.arpa. Your server (?) dns.sohar.com,
presumably the master (??) has been delegated
64/26.83.112.216.in-addr.arpa, but when a PTR query for
100.64/26.83.112.216.in-addr.arpa is sent to it, it returns SERVFAIL and
so does the slave at Concentric. What's wrong with your server? Is it
having trouble loading the zone? If the contents of the zonefile are the
same as you show below, I don't see anything wrong offhand. But have you
changed the contents in the meantime?
