As Kevin mentioned, without detail it is somewhat vague, but
I would guess that the receiving e-mail server cannot do a
forward/reverse lookup on the sending e-mail server.
Just a hunch...

In the absence of any specifics whatsoever, no, not really. For starters,
what's the real domain name so I can take a look at it?
