dynamically updated DNS files

The /etc/hosts files are remnants from the past, and are NOT used by
BIND.  BIND uses zone files.  Dynamic DNS updates those zone files, so
you'd better be prepared for dynamic DNS zones to be totally not
maintaninable.  Keep static addresses and dynamic addresses in separate
zones, for maintainability.
