Hello,
I am having one domain e.g. x.com, which i hv registered with the .com.
domain.
I am having one MX record for the domain x.com in the dns data file.
If some mail comes to user at x.com, then that mail should be delivered to
the appropriate mailbox.
I want to create one more domain y.x.com, just to receive the mails.
e.g. if somebody sends a mail to user at y.x.com or user at x.com, i
should get the mails stored in the same mail box.
What are the changes do i need to make in my dns record file????
Here is the skeleton of existing DNS data file:
x.com. IN SOA admin.x.com (
// as usual
)
x.com. IN NS ns1.x.com.
x.com. IN NS ns2.x.com.
x.com. IN MX 10 mail.x.com.
y. x.com. IN MX 10 mail.x.com. // Changes made for the
above requirement
mail IN A IP-addr
Problem::: Mails that r coming with the address user at y.x.com is
bouncing back?????
