That's not what the delegation indicates:

Once they have the NS record cached, other nameservers will be asking
*your* ns.stevenet.olafsolutions.com about names in stevenet.olafsolutions.com, not
ns.olafsolutions.com.

So what is it about this setup which is not to your satisfaction?
