Resolver Libraries?

They're part of BIND, aren't they?  ;-)  While I'm not The Arbiter Of
Justice for this mailing list, IMHO they are as on-topic as the server
side [named] or 'dig' or 'nslookup'.  Some would say more so than
'nslookup'.  ;-)
