New Multilingual Domain names and DNS

Hello folks,

WOuld someone on the list please point me in the direction of references
and resources that might describe the issues for BIND and nameservers in
general that are raised by the new multilingual domains that are being
tested?

Is there a specific WG dealing with this? Or is the issue a non-issue? I
don't seem to be able to locate any relevant RFC (I'm probably just
lacking clue again ;-)).
