classless delegation: bad referral

MIMER.SNET.UVM.DK, delegated authority for 226.130.in-addr.arpa and
presumably your slave, knows nothing about the 209.226.130.in-addr.arpa
subzone. Did you perhaps forget to increment the serial number after
creating the delegation?
