Bind configure file details needed

I am installing Bind (8.x) for the first time on a Sparc box
running Solaris 2.5.1.

I have compiled the source and run make install - all seems to
have gone well, but I am not sure exactly what configuration
files need to be installed in addition to what make install did.

Where can I go for a complete list with easy to understand
instructions for each file?  (This is my first bind install.)
