Problems with dynamic updates to slave servers

If the DHCP server is correctly updating the primary master name server,
you shouldn't have to do anything.  But you might want to make sure you're
using NOTIFY, since without NOTIFY, it can take up to the zone's
refresh interval for the slaves to pick up new copies of the zone.
