BIND Zone XFER Problems

I don't see anything obviously wrong.  But when I try to perform a zone
transfer from your machine, it connects and then just hangs.  I haven't
seen this type of behavior before -- if you were blocking me with
"allow-transfer" I should just get back an empty response with
status=REFUSED.
