You did everything right.  Your ISP only set up the CNAME records for
206.171.37.33 through 206.171.37.38, and then stopped.  If you're supposed
to have the whole range up to .63, they need to add the rest of the CNAME
records to the 37.171.206.in-addr.arpa domain.
