Well, if you have 8.2.1 already running, you don't have to do specific
upgrade things. 8.2.x use the same config files etc.
Just unpack the distribution, compile it (make), save the 8.2.1 images.
install the new ones (make install), 'ndc stop', 'ndc start' that's all.
(Assumes you don't run into solaris specifix compile problems ...)
