Running Bind 8.2.2p5 on NT

I get these messages logged repeatedly.

stream_getlen([207.46.12.13].2300): Unknown error
stream_getlen([207.46.12.13].2301): Unknown error
stream_getlen([207.46.12.13].2302): Unknown error

can anybody tell me what this means?
