GraniteCanyon public DNS newsgroup access

Hi,

I've been trying to get access to the public news group server for
granite canyon.  I'm trying to setup my zone file, and am having
problems.  So I want to access the newsgroup and get some general
help.  Only problem is that I'm having problems getting agent to
recognize the group.

I used: "news.granitecanyon.com" as the news server, and
the password which they give on the webpage (soaguest).

Any input?
