Hello all,

I am running Bind 8.2.2-P3 on IRIX 6.5.5.
Just now I saw error messages, which has caused named to die.

Jan  4 12:42:55 2D:cache-sg named[369465]: ns_notify.c:353:
INSIST((zp->z_flags 
& Z_NOTIFY) != 0) failed.

Does any body know what could be wrong with our named?

Any hints will be greatly appreciated.
