Secondary Nameserver lookups

Hello again,
  I'm having problems doing any sort of lookup with my secondary
nameserver.  I get the following message:

*** Can't find server name for address 209.97.92.101: Non-existent
host/domain
*** Default servers are not available

I have the proper IP address listed in the resolv.conf file.  In my
db file I have two A records(oak.signalcore.com & ns2.signalcore.com)
for 209.97.92.101 (the IP of my secondary nameserver).  This problem
just recently arose.  Any ideas?  I've included the contents of my db
files.  Any suggestions would be helpful.
