/var/run/ndc= not created

   Look carrefully in the /etc/named.conf file, you've missed a ";"
somewhere, after the zone ends.

   Ex:
   /etc/named.conf
   ....
   zone "test.com" {
   ...
   } <- here must be the problem, where you must add a ";", like "};".
