Web Forwarding - How is it done ?

This has nothing to do with BIND.

In my NT box, I can create a virtual host, for example: www.mydomain.com,
and then, instead of telling the server to direct queries for this host to a
local directory, I tell it to direct them to another URL which coud well be
www.anotherdomain.com/~userdirectory/

This is what they offer, and the bandwidth requierd for this is minimum (I
guess similar as that required by the DNS server).

I do not know if this can be done by other servers as Apache, but probably
yes.
