Could you explain this strange thing?

I have a very strange problem now.

MS Explorer on my PC(windows NT) can not show these websites.
www.joc.com, www.buyline.co.kr, www.enroute.com

By the way, when I use nslookup, these domain can be found.
And the TTL of these domains is 0 or 3 seconds.

Could you explain this strange situation?
Please help me.......
