Can#t find server name for adress...

Hello all,
please can anybody help me.
I am running BIND 8 (ps -aux tells me, named ist working)
If I try do to a nslookup an the console, i get this error-messages:
*** Can't find server name for address 216.149.216.99: No response from server
*** Default servers are not available
Thios is how my server looks like:
eth0 216.149.216.98
eth0:0 216.149.216.99
/etc/hosts 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
cchost01
216.149.216.98 localhost.localdomain
216.149.216.99 ns1.cc-ns.de
I can ping both IP-Adresses
So, what do i wrong, any hints from you???
