How to start installing Bind 8.2.2P5

I think there is a readme included in the distribution, but you should
probably do the following commands (assuming you have a functioning compiler
installed):

make clean
make depend
make
make install

Hi,

I download Bind 8.2.2P5 from the isc.org.  From looking at the instruction
in the DNS and Bind book, 3rd edition, it looks easy to install but it's not
that easy.  Could anyone give me instruction of how to install bind?
