That serial number
        943214553 ; serial
looks like it might have been the date that you created the file:
	Time 943214553 = Sun Nov 21 15:02:33 1999
	Time 949088018 = Fri Jan 28 14:33:38 2000
It is, by good fortune, LESS than the equivalent YYYYMMDDNN number.
