Well, I'll tackle a few of them.

This isn't too important. No default time to live for the zone.

If you are doing a restart here, then it sounds like the old named isn't gone before the new
one is starting.

Hmm, you have it configured so that localhost isn't allowed to do queries?

All of these are the same. The underscore character is illegal in the spec. Change it to dash.

Ok, I didn't look at everything after this, but they look mainly to be repeats.
