Newbie has problems with bind8/WinNT

Hello List,
i´m a newbie (in bind8-things).
I installed bind8 some days ago,
but i seem to have a configuration-problem.
When surfin through the internet with the Netscape Communicator
there´s very often an error message in the Netscape-Window.
This happens too,when i try to reach my mailserver (pop.gmx.net).
The errormessage is :
Netscape is unable to locate the server pop.gmx.net.
Please check the server name and try again.
This happens maybe three times and then i have access to the mailserver.
I think that my bind8-Configuration may is missconfigured.
My Configuration is :
My Linux-Server :
Suse Linux 6.1 with all neccessary updates,kernel 2.2.15.
bind8 , squid , apache ,smb (with workgroup=WORKGROUP) are installed.
My Client :
WinNT 4.0 , using Communicator 4.7 as mailclient.
Network has installed just TCP/IP.
I´m using a 10MBit Ethernet,in a 192.168.1.x-net.
The Linux-Server has IP 192.168.1.3,NT has 192.168.1.1 .

Maybe someone in the list knows which mistake i made ,
probably in the configuration files.
I attached all configuration-files in one tared and zipped file.
May i should tell what my aim is :
I want my clients to use the nameserver running on the linux-machine.
The nameserver shall resolve internal adresses in my 192.168.1.x
and external adresses (for the surfing thing ...)
