Mally's referring to a Win32 version of dig from the Dr. Coffsite port of
BIND 4.9.5 to NT distributed by Software.Com
(http://www.software.com/scripts/BINDRegistration.asp).  The dig.exe binary
works fine on Windows 95/98 as well as Windows NT/2000.
