No. Well not without a lot of work to make that single linux box
appear to be two computers. A name server cannot be master and slave
(primary and secondary) for the same zone. Also, the whole point about
providing slave DNS servers is to eliminate a single point of failure.
Arranging an off-site slave server is simple common sense. Most ISPs
will provide this service for their customers.
