Bind-2.2_P5

I'm working on my company's DNS servers today, and I've taken notice that
they have the RPM version of Bind-2.2_P3. Couple questions:

1. Is there anything serious enough to warrent an upgrade on the Bind
version?

2. If I do a straight RPM upgrade, it wont screw with anything, will it?

Any help is appreciated.
