graphical bind XSTATS

I've finally found some time to hack on some scripts that graphically
output my bind statistics data (sorry, no code publicly available yet,
it's still more than ugly ;(( ).

Now that I have those data I still have the problem, whether these
figures are "normal" or if one can read some information from them
to e.g. enhance the configuration of our bind servers.
I'm especially puzzled as what could be the reason for the peaks in
SFail numbers.

I've put the results of the last 5 days , Fri-Tue (time is GMT+2) online at
    http://www.lamer.de/maex/DNSstats/
I've made the numbers "relative" by calculating the difference of
the values of each successive XSTATS line (and using the plain values
in case the dns server was restarted (they weren't in the time shown)).
All servers run bind-8.2.2-P5 and identical configuration.
red	= secondary zones allocated: 10688 (announced), used by customers
yellow	= secondary zones allocated: 10688, used by customers
green	= secondary zones allocated: 10688 (announced), used by *few* customers
gray	= secondary zones allocated: 10688 (announced), NOT used by customers
announced means the DNS server shows up in NS records.

The order of the images is the same as the order of the values of the
XSTATS lines, frequency is one XSTATS line per hour.

I'd really be glad if someone could have a look at the figures and
comment on them.

TIA,

	\Maex
