That won't work unless you've either installed the BIND8 man pages or
they were pre-installed by the OS vendor. The latter is unlikely since
most vendors are still shipping BIND4 with their OS. And if someone
has installed the BIND8 man pages, they wouldn't be asking questions
about where to find documentation.

Man pages are in the man directory which is part of the doc tarball
for BIND8. These include pages for the programs and config files.
The html directory in the doc tarball is also required reading.
