MacOS 9 Dynamic DNS Update

Disabling the DNS plug-in (for the Network Services Location Manager) in the
Extensions folder has stopped this for us.  With the plug-in enabled (the
default), MacOS 9 does try to dynamically update DNS with TXT records.
