another ISP screwing with us again... any thing we can do?

	Before I would do anything I would fix the delegation for
	ikth.com so that it matches the zone contents.  Not doing
	this will cause ikth.com customers problems.  Also doing
	this will make things less confusing for a Judge if things
	get that far.

	After that I suspect you need legal counsel given polite
	requests have failed.
