Domain without WWW. not working

What is the actual domain name?
Did you put in an entry for "www.mydomain.com"?
Is the zone appearing on Granite Canyon's reject list?
 (http://soa.granitecanyon.com/ZoneRejects/)
If so, what are the errors in the log that BIND emitted?
