dns history archive ??

I may be out of place here,  but I'll make it short.

I  NEED  to see the DNS info (like a whois) to see the ownership
details for a domain MTCS.COM & WWW.MTSC.COM sometime before
3-1-2000.
( MX records as well hopefully)  ( possible domain name  hijack
victim )

Is there any kind of history, or archive anyplace that you guys know

of ?
