h2n and Round Robin

I noticed that h2n will generate the A records required for Round Robin
with the required hosts table entries, but a TTL of 0 is not specified
in the h2n-generated db file.  Testing with nslookup and ping (Solaris),
however, did show proper Round Robin behavior.  I used to place the
Round Robin A records in an include file to specify a TTL of 0, but is
the TTL of 0 required?
