GC SOA errors

This from the GC Status Update page:

8 May 2000

We've been swamped with travel and our full-time obligations so
naturally some bugs
have surfaced. If you have a zone reject that claims "No SOA" then
resubmit your last
update to force the records into the file. Also, ns2 is being
synchronized manually with
ns1, for now.
