DNS servers don't reply

Hello,
Suddenly my machine is not getting responses back
to its DNS queries. It works fine for some hosts.
I continue to get requests and send back replies
for the domains this machine serves, so it doesn't
appear to be some kind of network routing problem.

I can ping the DNS server machines just fine.
It appears that some hosts are actually blocking
the specific IP address of my machine for DNS queries,
which might be in response to considering our IP
as a "spammer" or that we are sending ILOVEYOU virus email?
Previously I was getting mail rejected for these reasons.

Any help appreciated, I'm baffled.
