Checking again...  Ah...  Re-checking reference to Ch 4, p.71...

Perhaps because there can be only one, by "inclusion" with options?
I guess I was/am looking for "confirmation" of this behavior,
rather than relying on hacks and/or not-so-documented features...  :)
