	BIND supports RFC 2181.  The only difference is that it defaults
	hostname checking *on* not *off* on master zones.  By default it
	does *not* check answers, it does check slave zones but only issues
	a warning.

	It defaults to *on* as the libraries we ship in BIND also check
	the answers in gethostby*() and reject illegal names for security
	reasons.
