error after change master to secondary

It would have helped a lot if you posted the zone file. How large can a
0.0.127.in-addr.arpa zone file be?

My *GUESS* is that you accidentally put a period after the name
"localhost". That makes it a member of the *root* zone. Since this is
0.0.127.in-addr.arpa rather than the root zone, named then loudly omits
that entry.
