allow-query & port 1030 strangeness

Hi everyone,

I've got three name servers running for my domains.  The primary 
has the recursive query option set to NO and runs a local
copy of BIND for local lookups.

I'd like to limit the two secondaries to do something like this:

        allow-query { localhost; 211.99.175.64/27; 211.99.178.38; };
