Please upgrade to BIND-8.2.2-P7, it fixes an important security
(DoS) problem.

If you want these NS records to apply to the zone, you must at
least leave one SPACE at the beginning of the line, which means
'use the previous owner'which in this case is '@'. Alternatively
you could directly specify '@' at the beginning of the line:

@ IN	NS	soleil.anpe.fr.

In short: every resource record reqires a left-hand-size (the owner).
Starting a line with 'IN NS' is illegal.
