Problem with Bind 9

That serial # is really bogus. It has to fit within a 32-bit integer,
which means the maximum value is 4294967295, hundreds of times less than
the value you have. In serial number arithmetic, 1892190439380 is really
2404829140 (if I've done my math correctly). Reset it to that.
