It's a pity you didn't say that earlier!

The name server at ns.tele.dk thinks the name has a TTL of half a
day. It must have cached that information from somewhere. So if it
wasn't ever in the itwebnet.com zone file, the name must exist as a
glue record in a parent zone, like .com. In fact it does. This is
what Mark Andrews was alluding to in his reply. [I'm assuming
ns.tele.dk isn't running DNS code that's vulnerable to cache poisoning
attacks.]

You'll need to talk to Network Solutions to get that glue record
fixed. This might also involve fixing the delegations in .com that
claim mail.itwebnet.com is a name server for their zone and that the
server has IP address 194.239.12.3.
