Registering NS1 and Ns2

Thanks in advance.

We have registered domain name. But the domain name registration service provider only supports listed NS1 and NS2 of any oher domain name not our NS1, Ns2 because its not registered. Now we want to register our own NS1 and NS2. We have our own real IPs. But not knowing how to do it? Please help me on this matter.

Is there any free NS1 and NS2 registration provider?
