Yes, there is an "old" dig 2.2 on my BIND8NT site, resources 
page.  Danny Mayer, who is working on the 8.2.3 port to Win32, is 
also porting the dig 8.2 to Win32.  I've got an test copy of his dig 
and it works well.  Danny has just a little clean up to do and it'll 
be ready to go.

When it's ready, I'll announce it here for DL from the BIND8NT site.
