Reverse DNS problems

Well Swbell says I have been delegated, they sent me this in the an email:
Your SBIS assigned IP block of :: 64.219.34.32/29

has been delegated to your DNS server for the reverse

in-addr lookups. This is RFC2317 < class C DEFANGED_STYLEreverse delegation.

The in-addr zone has been delegated to:

r65.org 64.219.34.34

littlebrother.r65.org 64.219.34.33

You will need to run the following reverse in-addr zone:

32.34.219.64.in-addr.arpa

Please add NS records for ns1.swbell.net and ns2.swbell.net,

and allow zone transfers from these nameservers.

swbell DNS's have not delegated your DNS with authority for the
reverse zone of your ip block:

.... so no matter how perfectly you set your reverse zone, Internet
will not look at it.

Ask swbell to delegate your ip block reverse authority to your DNS.

Also, you have forward delegations and other pb's seen the DNS Expert
report sent privately.

Maybe you are personally, but your DNS isn't.
