	The error is unrelated to lapositiva.com.pe.

	What the error message is saying is that NS4.FIRSTCOM.COM.PE
	is listed as a nameserver for 131.244.216.in-addr.arpa but
	is giving back non-authoratative answers.  The query that
	caused named to discover this was for 2.131.244.216.in-addr.arpa.

	131.244.216.in-addr.arpa is delegated to NS3.FIRSTCOM.COM.PE
	and NS4.FIRSTCOM.COM.PE.  Only NS3.FIRSTCOM.COM.PE is configued
	to serve the zone.  The fix is to make NS4.FIRSTCOM.COM.PE serve
	the zone or to fix the delegation.
