bind8 or 9? (new user)

For a small, simple environment there really isn't much difference between
BIND 8 and BIND 9. I'd probably just pick BIND 9 because it's more
forward-looking. Expect to upgrade soon, regardless of whether you choose
BIND 8 or BIND 9, since the BIND world is somewhat in flux right now.
